Nigeria – BBC Beyond Broadcasting has provided extensive support to BBC Media Action in offices throughout Africa but particularly in Nigeria, which is the biggest MA operation on the continent. BB consultants have been working closely with the Media Action office in Abuja developing production systems and processes, overhauling programme formats, introducing creativity techniques and providing editorial leadership to the production teams and to the office at large.

We have also conducted a review of their training activities and provided leadership to the local team, helping to revamp their activities and to raise technical standards across all outputs.
