Mick Slatter is a hugely experienced editor and journalism trainer who has worked extensively in Africa, in the Middle East and across Asia.

He is also a Training Change Manager with plenty of projects under his belt; he devised and managed the biggest training programme in the history of the BBC World Service, preparing 1,000 staff for the move to the BBC’s state-of-the-art W1 news centre. He performed a similar role at Al-Jazeera in Doha and London and is currently providing consultancy to BBC Wales as they plan a move to a new broadcast centre in Cardiff.
