Mick Slatter is a hugely experienced editor and journalism trainer. He managed the biggest training programme in the history of the World Service, preparing 1000 staff for the move to the BBC’s state-of-the-art W1 news centre. He performed a similar role at Al-Jazeera when it introduced new editing and production systems in Doha and London.

Mick has worked extensively in Africa and across Asia. He prides himself on attention to detail whether he’s delivering a one-day training course or an organisation-wide change programme.
